• Analytics and reporting features
• User authentication via Google login

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of XtendAI, you must register for an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use XtendAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

XtendAI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription level.

The XtendAI platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by XtendAI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that XtendAI will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

In no event shall XtendAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
